Mecca Grade, Dwinell and The Future of Flavor

Seth Klann from Mecca Grade Estate Malt will be joining us from Madras, Oregon accompanied by Justin Leigh of Dwinell Country Ales in Goldendale, WA. We'll explore Mecca Grade's estate-grown malts and their effect on flavor, alcohol and color in beers from Dwinell and other beers around the PNW.

Mecca Grade is an estate malthouse located on 1,000 irrigated acres in Madras, Oregon. Much like a vineyards’ location determine the character of its grape varietals, their grains are unique to Mecca Grade due to their uniform growth within a 2-mile radius of the malthouse. As such, their malts are truly unlike anything else available.

Seth will present a short talk on The Future of Flavor at 7PM and make himself available with Justin for questions and tastings. No cover or tickets to purchase. Taste and experience what makes beers made with Mecca Grade stand out. Cheers!
